I prefer to use a picture of Jesus on the cross and wave it violently in people's faces outside Marks and Spencer's.

vertical dropouts are the best. Track ends and horizontal dropouts are shit, the wheel keeps slipping. So as i said get one with vertical dropouts.

It does say generic in the title.
And I can't find the search button on the mobile site.
And I was only asking if I need to get the drop outs converted.
Why the anger?
If there are similar topics it should be easier for you to answer it rather than berating people. -

i made around 20 convertions an my golden rule is h.dropouts, but im riding a treck with vertical dropouts the stress of loose chain ended when i try a h+s laced to a system hub now replaced for a phil w. with time the chain will strech but u can fix that with a new one(10 p on the cheap side)
I'm looking for an old (80s style) steel road bike with a view to converting it to a fixie.
What can I do about the drop outs?
