Wanted: Need a basic fixie/single speed by 04 june!

Right

I'm building my mate a bike for his birthday and i either need a basic set up i can tweak with some new components or a frame and wheeL set that i can build up.

my budget for the whole thing is about £200/230 so nothing mental, but a second bike or even a beater your getting rid off would be sweet.

look on flee-bay? I've almost built a Raleigh up for £200 with mostly new parts, could easily be done for less with a bit of leg-work. And will be more appreciated if you put some work into it :)

What size? My housemate has a bike he was talking about getting rid of about that budget. Nervex lugged steel frame, single speed, generally a pretty nice build. Pm if you want more details
