Bike in bag
bibs galore, jerseys and helmet
off to meet digger and object to catch train to airport
the day before 7am should only be encountered if you have not yet been to bed
this minor privation should be worth a few days of cycling in Italy.

Fuckers, I will be chained to my desk 'til at least 8pm then I will attempt to play bike hockey (with a sore back, natch) and then I will fall into bed and repeat again tomorrow (probably without the polo bit)... Oh, how I envy the slacker, this time last year I was one of their number... Not through choice, mind...

Wow, I was at a low ebb back in May... Things are a bit rosier now...
I will be cycling up east to pick up some V-brakes then heading to the Effra to watch the Scouse derby... Really wanna play some bike hockey but my back isn't up to it at the moment, that hasn't really changed... :|

Still in bed with tea. I might think about getting up soon, might have a shave as i have been neglecting it for about 2 weeks and currently look like a 12 year old trying to grow a beard, then maybe a quick pootle down to Snotting Hill to rifle through records I cant afford.
Lovely.

?Good luck with that early mid-life crisis!
Really though, you're never too old to try out any sort of riding.
I've only been up for about an hour! I've not slept in this late for years.
It's cups of tea and a green chilli omelette for me, followed by a frustrating fumble with a new phone that far outstrips my technological capabilities.
If anyone gets an abusive email or text, I'm sorry - it was an accident.

Did a couple of laps of Viccy park then went to Sainsbury's, now I'm at work. Lovely morning, but I'm so damned unfit! 10 miles at an average of 15mph (geared / most of which off street with no stopping except for over excited staffies / owners). That's pretty sluggish right?
-
• #25
Honestly? Yes. But keep doing laps and you will get faster.
So here we are at the midpoint of the week.
Hope yours has been good, if not, hope it gets better!
Have a good day!
