Strange sights, crime, warnings thread

spent the day at bike boutique at weekend sorting my bike out and while i was there i saw a middle aged guy, baldish with ginger hair, wearing a blue either boiler suit or all denim cant remember, walking close up behind a girl then he pulled a small bottle out of his pocket and sprayed it up her back, i went over to tell her and as i was talking to her he saw and legged it off round the corner, it was a clear oily looking liquid, not water, very strange, think it could be this kind of thing?

i also two youths on bikes rob the leisure centre! all go around there
