Can someone ID this Track Frame?

Greetings,

Bought this frame few months back,
want to repaint is as the paint is getting worse,
anyone here can help me identify this frame brand and origin?
the BB use english thread, headset tange levin, dropout spacing 120mm.
the original fork is very light.(the purple one)
no serial number at all. the only number i can find is the size of the frame just above the fork, '52'.

Put up a pic of the bottom of the BB shell plus any serial number there might be on it. Also say what size seatpost it takes. I have no idea about identifying frames, but this is generally what's asked

the seatpost take 26.8mm.
no serial number at all.
owned by Malaysian Cyclists 'Rosman Alwi' as a training bike. (the seller said)
