Getting rid of my first winter bike, the Falcon Team Equipe. Not sure of age but wud guess late 70's early 80's. Made from Reynolds 453, which i guess is low end stuff, but it hasnt half built my quads up over the winter months!
Obviously some chips but very little rust. Does need clean though.
All original parts except fork, rear wheel and handlebar tape. Original fork was bent so had to replace.
Size - 58cm (CT)
Brakes levers - Weinmann (hoods perished)
brakes - Weinmann (pads need replacing)
Front and rear mech - Sachs Huret
Tange headset - little pitting
cranks - cant see name but can make out "made in france" so assume its also SH
unknown wheels
no name stem and bar
iscaselle saddle - scuffing at rear
Built like brick shithouse and takes anything you can throw at it. Last week or so chain scraping against front mech housing but i guess this can be fixed with some adjustment but i im not sure.
£70ono plus pp or can split for bits
Bike in pompy so wud have to post if too far to collect.
Also Dura ace front mech band on - offers. Pix in link above.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
