Wanted: 27 Inch Wheel/s

my back wheel is buckled beyond repair and i need a 27 inch to replace it.

it is currently geared so that would be good, but if anyone has a fixed one i will consider it.

my front wheel is fine so i don't have to have a new front, but if someone has a set going i may take that too.

looking to spend no more than about £30.

hilarystone had some beautiful Wolber Model 58s 36 hole I think they were, new, anodised black. Check his recent rims thread. Cheap.

Ooops you want wheels not rims. Well check hilary's wheels threads. He's always got some geared 27s for sale.

He had some beauties the other day, 32/40s I think... Bombproof... For a screw on 5/6 speed block...

... and he often sells single wheels (usually on a separate thread), so you may pick up a rear one from him.

btw Joe I saw some 1&1/8" Gators at Wes's workshop off the cut the other day ... Pretty cheap.

Yep! Deffo. Think they were £14. Tell him I sent you, I feel bad cos he got 'em for me... I asked if he ever saw any 1" ages ago, he got mixed up and bought me these ... yada yada you know the score. Only one pair in there. Think he closes at 6.
