2 bedroom flat to rent for a year from early-mid May

Me and my brother need a place somewhere in these areas, and all the normal routes are proving clogged or abound in estate agent fuckry,.

I thought LFGSS peops might know of someone looking for tenants or have somewhere themselves. Our budget is 1300 or thereabouts.
