Offered: Bright room in lovely garden flat in best 'burb for rent

We've managed to get our 'unsuitable' flatmate to move out, so now we're looking for a more 'suitable' replacement.

The flat is on Arlingford in Brixton - super close to Brockwell park with its bounty of fun (lido, bmx track, tennis courts, lawn bowls - you hear what I'm saying!), and lots of lovely boozers. Its a slow 7 min walk to the tube. Great transport links to central London (inc night buses).... or you could just ride your bike.

Its a 3 bed garden flat (PLENTY of room for bikes). The room is bright and sunny and comes furnished with new stuff (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers).

You'd be sharing with myself and Helen.... both chicks in our very late 20s - we work at Unis standard M-F 9-5 hours. We are pretty social, but pretty busy. We're a bit past the student hovel phase of our lives and we keep the place nice and tidy, just doing stuff as its needed. If you're not adverse to putting away a bit of washing up, changing a toilet roll and will just do your share, than you're looking pretty suitable. We cook and bake a lot. We drink a lot of tea. We do stuff for each other (cause we're nice). We are pretty active with cycling/swimming/going to the pub. We've a lot of mates in Brixton and often have big sunday lunches/BBQs/messy sessions in the park. It is a brilliant way of life.

Rent is £465/month plus bills which are about £90/month (c/tax, water, el, gas, broadband). Available 9th May.
