Fairly common with those kind of hubs, phil, profile, mack etc.
Plenty plenty grease on the bolts.
Slacken each side off a bit gradually, don't undo one side in one go then the other.

Reaches for grease gun.
I recently upgraded from Formula hubs to Profiles and they are luverly.
But when I took my wheel off the other day there was a loud 'cracking' noise as I untightened the track nuts. What the hell is this??
