So am I, but a cheapy shity one.
Someone wants to buy my beater but freewheel it up, which is more hassle than it's worth as I'd need to borrow a tool and a strong arm to set this up.
Anyone around SE22 or EC1 who can oblige? -

i bought a halo one for £8 from lock 7, is pretty good so far. They had a 18T last time I was in there

Bargainous. Reckon they'd put it on as well?
Was hoping to have someone local to provide sproket and tools, which I appreciate is remarkably cheeky. -

i was about to ponce around the market so i didnt want to get my hands dirty. the lady said total would be £9 if she put it on, i called it £10 to not take the piss

Sounds fair. I'm selling a beater to a colleague and to go from £70 to £80 is a bit of a liberty. Her bike's broken so needs one asap but I don't want to be £10 out of pocket and she doesn't want to pay £80, or ride fixed.
Dilemma. -

sell her it for £65 and then get her to get the freewheel fitted herself. You lose a fiver but get the sale, she only has to pay £4 more to get what she wants. Its all about coalitions these days.

Ha.
She's clueless, I had to oil her chain for her the other day. I don't think she'd bother to be honest.
Pain. -

And then the hub threaded so SS it is then.
Sod the mechanics, does anyone have any sized freewheel for cheap? -

Got a 17T Shimano. Call it £10 and I'll fit it for you if you can drop down to SW2.

Ta mate, that's kind.
I can get these new for £8 though, so was hoping to undercut that. -

Call it £7 fitted then.

I have a 20 if that's any use?
I'm after an 18t or 19t freewheel, must be in good condition and not DICTA/ACS.
I can collect or pay for shipping, what have you got?
