You might be able to tease it out with a pair of pliers, then just replace that bolt - a hardware store would be best for that I reckon.
Alternatively pop in to Condor or Cavendish or somewhere with a decent workshop and they will probably give you a new one of those (^ in pic) for free..

Hacksaw a groove into the snapped bolt, and use a flat blade screw driver to unscrew it out.

Or attack it with a drill from the side we can see in the pic. The drill's rotation will spin the snapped bolt out.

No drill or hacksaw at hand unfortunately. Gonna cycle down to Condor see what they say. Brakeless and Strapless... not particularly enjoyable cycle.

Feel for you brudder - did exactly the same thing on Sunday night.
Hacksaw trick worked a treat. -

If you hacksaw it or drill it then use a pair off pliers to hold on to it as you don't want to drill or saw through your fingers.

That sounds as if it from experience.
If drilling be careful with a very small drill bit.

Never done myself any harm as I spent a few years on large construction sites as an apprentice electrician and a electrician and am good with my hands ;p

have a snapped seatclamp bolt (seatclamp attached to frame) - perfect solutions, thanks!
I somehow snapped the bolt whilst tightening front brake clamp. The stub is now stuck rendering the front brake useless. Any ideas on how to get it out or replacing whole part shown in picture?? Haven't a soldering kit nor a small enough clamp. Brakes are relatively cheap I know but would feel a fool having to buy another one. I'm London based, what shop could you recommend?
Cheers
