Wanted: Front wheel-thin as possible

Looking for a front wheel, as new as possible and in good condition. 700c with a width of 2.25 cm or less please.

Tyre not necessary but welcomed.

am looking for something around 40 or so quid.

They are used on Cyclocross bikes for their mud clearing ability..

i have them as standard on my roadie, the pads dont square on with the rim if the wheel is slightly bigger than 2.25mm.

You sure there's not some adjustment fail going on? Something that could be fixed with a longer/shorter straddle cable or bring the pads out or similar?

nope, i have tried the brake in the lowest possible spacer combination and still it had some trouble, ended up in skimming the tyre when pulled.

not sure why i get this but thinner wheels resolve this problem.

Can you take some photos of the setup? I'm still curious as to what's going on.
