Caliper too tight? Return spring loose? Cables fucked and not letting return? You're not helping us much. . pics?

Cables are new calipers are fine defo must be the levers just can't get my head round it are these levers supposed to be sprung if so there not.

on my not-so-nice as those^^ aero lever, there's a teenytiny 1mm or 1.5mm allen key grub screw just where the lever joins the clamp. Just forward of the hinge. If you put the allen key in it, it is parallel to the lever and pointing forwards, if that helps you see where the bugger is!
Tightening it moved the lever closer to the bar, and effectively took up the slack. I think my lever came off a Bowery, and has a return spring, however.
This may sound a little odd but i can't seem to get my brake levers to work bought a pair of durace levers just brake levers not sti and they dont seem to be sprung and i cant get any tension on them what am i doing wrong.
