Don;t listen to these jokers^
Royce hubs are worth good money on eBay. Do a search for 'Royce' in cycling on eBay. You get two BBs, a coin holder and a car sticker last time I looked (yesterday).

always better to double check these things first,

Oh yeah I forgot to say, be sure to list the spokes individually on eBay, you get much more cash if you split them up.

I see that they are about £150 new, so I assume the £20 suggestion is a joke. Any serious ideas?
-
• #13
are you trying to get people to make you an offer?
Just cut the RRP in half, see if anyone wants it.
Then sell the spokes individually on ebay.

Just buy another rim - although you will have trouble getting another rim that is 58mm, so you'll have to get new spokes.
Still - you could probably do it for £50 (if you are able to rebuild the wheel yourself). Otherwise you're looking at another £20.
If that all sounds too much - just sell it.
I have been given a rear ZIPP440 track wheel with 24 bladed spokes (which say SAP on them) and a Royce titanium hub. The rim is broken and I think I just want to sell the whole lot as I don't have the cash to replace the rim. The hub and spokes seem unaffected by the damaged rim.
1) does anyone have any idea how much the Royce hub would be worth? It is still really really smooth.
2) alternatively, does anyone know an inexpensive way of replacing the rim (58mm, I think) - it needn't actually be a ZIPP rim?
Thanks.
Paul
