get them to knock something off as it will cost them to collect the frame and to send you a replacement

where did you get it from? I'd imagine they would have insurance to cover this kind of thing. I'd ask for a replacement.

It's from Graham Weigh. Contacted their shop by phone but they said to speak to the guy who deals with ebay. He hasn't responded yet back through ebay. I'm very impatient. it's been 4+ hours.

They owe you a replacement as they failed to pack the goods properly.

spoke to them earlier and they're going to replace and pay for postage. just a pain really, was looking forward to building it up. Probably turn out to be too big or something after all this...

good news anyways
I just received this frame in the post today and it looks like its taken a bump on the headtube. The headtube heatdset top cup is indented by about >1mm.
Is this going to mean its impossible to fit the integrated headset? Could I knock it out / ream it a bit?
In your expert opinions should I ask for a replacement or discount?
