A bike dealer should have dropout aligners to check and correct it.
Less than 5 min work. -

What I mean by that is .... I thought before that only frame builders can bend drop outs... never mind that it could be done in simple bike shop...
and I gotta track frame with bit bent drop out ... so there follows my logical question:
Should I go to a simple bike store with my frame ?

I've had bent dropouts straightened before. There are special alignment tools.

I have special alignment tool. I have used maybe twice. It cost a ton so very poor ROI so far. You are welcome to come to mine and use.
Word of caution: make sure only the dropouts need straightening not the forks themselves. If you have bent your forks that's a bigger, less fixable, problem.

i realised today that one of the drop outs on my front fork is bent, (BTW its a road/fixed bike)
im not using quick release or anything, but i have got the washers with a little hook that hook onto the side of the drop outs,
im scared to try and bend it back because i might make them weaker
but basically im wondering what the best solution to this, if i need one, i mean if i carry on cycling with it will i end up kissing the pavement
