Rollers only come in 49 and 53 hun, mine is a 53 and comfy (technically i should probly have got a 49, but i like a slightly bigger frame) best bet is to drop in to brixton cycles as they probly have both built up ready for a test ride.

Clipless is one way of solving toe overlap, especially when you can push the cleat forward.

ugh. well, I have been thinking of doing it anyway, ed. scary, though.

spd ftw!
although i know most people on here seem to time atac fanboy/girls

clipless ftw here as well, although im currently running spds i reckon i may switch to atacs pretty soon to save on the old knees!

ah, it's not as bad as the first time you tried clip and strap.
I remember you have two bike right? one orange-ish bike for general riding and the other's a fixed wheel?

yeah, ed, I do have the orange one, but it's not really for general riding, it's more of a shopper as it's a bit uncomfortable to ride. I don't even like going to souths on it. the other's fixed, that's the one I'm having troubles with.
and I've been riding clips since I started riding again so I had no issues getting into the "swing" of it.
Tom, why do SPDs give you problems with your knees?

Less float than Time ATACs... ATACs are more knee friendly...
Has anyone got a 52cm steamroller built up fixed? I'm sick of the toe overlap on the Waugh and want to check out that frame. I'm often at Souths but have Moms here this week so won't really be avail to try it out until the weekend, maybe Friday.
let me know. can respond to emails later tonight.
P.S. If anyone has had experience with toe overlap on smaller frames and can give me any pointers they've come up with in their quest to eliminate it, I'd appreciate that, too.
