Handyman wanted in SE London

Can anyone recommend a handyman type person who'd be interested in some work in the next few weeks? We're about to sell my partner's one bedroom garden flat in Sydenham and it needs a bit of general maintenance, decorating and gardening work done.

Alternatively, if anyone is looking for work and fancies it then let me know.

A friend who lives on Devonshire Road does this sort of work; he's replaced banisters for us, done quite a bit of decorating and such like. Shall I ask him to get in touch? looking for someone who can relay timber flooring, is handy at plastering and skimming, and probably some carpentry also
