  • Mark, Em and I have been chatting about getting to downham early this saturday to clean up whatever ice/snow is still lying on the ground.

I think I have a shovel/spade in the basement, and we can get grit-salt from the other end of downham road.

Anyone else fancy some hard graft for the sake of polo? followed by breakfast, then polo?

Meeting there about 9/9.30 I think

  • Good work on starting a thread gabes.
Nothing like an hour or so of hard graft before breakfast.

  • Horatio said he'd help too!

  • no shoveling, no polo.

  • I'll help. I'd rather do that and play than not play at all.
    Might be tough though.

  • yeah, it could be epic tough, but with a shovel, not so bad.

  • count me in

  • I'm up for this, many hands and all that.

  • me too.

  • Sick. And here was me coming back to this thread to call you all lazy fucks.

  • great, it shouldn't take too long, and we'll hopefully have 6 people nice and early!

  • In.

I need to up my play count.

  • In.

I need to up my play count.

  • FisherPrice polo!

  • Would it be worth putting grit down Friday night or not?

  • Remember Mitch 08/09?

    Beer dissolves ice!

  • Ha...

"what the fuck are you doing???" ha ha... "dont waste that"

  • Would it be worth putting grit down Friday night or not?

good idea, anyone up for a few drinks that way tomorrow night? could combine with gritting...

  • repost!

    2 Em
