System EX = Halo = Ambrosio = On-One = SJS = Zenith = Formula = Zero = IRO
Mind you, that's only a wild guess.

Halo make their own track nuts, in lots of colours, if colour/brand coordination is your bag. They used to sell them in 14 for £8 a pair, don't know if they still do:

My LBS is Decathlon, and they don't even know what size I need

You need these sizes. The front axle is 9mm and the rear is 10mm but both nuts use a 15mm spanner.

- measure axle diameters
- got to shop
- buy nuts for said diameters
- ride bike
- measure axle diameters

Have you tried Robinsons on Jamaica Road? Druid Street Cycles round the corner from there too. Have you really bothered to look for an LBS?

I live in rural England, so my stuff pretty much all comes from the Internet. Have you tried there :-)

Yep, but after 1h of googling, I found no answers
And LFGSS counts as internet too ;) -

Broux, I pretty much think that everyone on this forum knew that answer.
It wasn't a "wild guess" on my part, to supply you with a linked answer.
Maybe things just proceed at a more genteel pace in France?

Please don't patronize me. I'm not thick. I may not know everything about bikes, but I think I know a bit more than the majority of 14 year olds... Just, please don't take the piss. Thanks for the help anyway (:

Broux, you're 14? Sorry, I had thought you much younger. I take it all back. Sorry.

You could say that, what with sundays and lunchtimes when everything shuts and the general bureaucratic red-tape, it's not as "on demand" as Broken Britain

Don't Halo use some non standard thread pitch? I had a Halo fixed/free hub a little while ago (which I ended up selling on) and I'm positive that the track nuts off my On-One hubs didn't fit when I tried them.
@ OP-I've had a quick look via google and I can't find any info. I'd go back to wherever you got the wheels from and ask them.
Peace
Kurt
I bought a Halo Aerorage wheelset off the bay a while ago, and they were sold without track nuts. I have been UTFS'ing for about an hour now, and have found no clues on what size nuts I need. So, basically, what nuts do I need to get for them (i.e what sizes)...? Help :(
And are there any steel track nuts you could recommend ? (apart from DA, I can't really justify spending £20 on some nuts...)
