Okay okay. The system Ex lockring, that (almost) everyone removes from the hub and bins before selling may be on par with the Miche.

But, having had the (mis)fortune of tightening and removing a plethora of different lockrings on a daily basis at work I can, without a shadow of a doubt, tell you they (Miche Lrings) are absolutely utter fucking bollocks. Awful threads, awful metal, awful engagement points. Absolute shit. I wouldn't want one on my bike even it was free.

They are shit. Their quality is not as good as any other (apart from system Ex) lockring that I have ever come across. A lock ring thats four use only isn't my cup of tea.

And you aren't stuck since you can use Campag or Phil, as previously mentioned (plus maybe Gippiemme - at a guess)
