Euros Geneva 2010 Ambassador

We gotta nominate an ambassador to be the sole representative and reciever of e-mails in the selection of teams for the Euros next summer. I think they don't want to deal with loads of different peoples from the same community .

Don't worry its all been forwarded to the correct bodies . Only two teams have been forwarded though Fenboy3 and Team cream ........... No one else has formed a team

wow shit, is there any chance more teams can go through, like can we put forward three or four teams from cambridge? i'm positive that there are enough interested to make four teams (inc cream and fen).

you got the long road crew, and josh jim and one more, im sure they will want to attend the tourney! the more the better

actually, i just read the info and it seems that we only put forward team names that might be coming, then geneva will tell us how many teams we can put forward in may. is that what you done did rv?

I would like to be involved in this if anyone wants to make up a team?

They wanted to know...................the names of teams who wanted to go to Geneva and an idea of the size of our polo community in cambridge . We have only 2 recognised teams so far . It's up to YOU to form a team, yes you . I am not going to do it for you i'm already in one , i kind of feel that if you can't get a team together then you probably won't be commited to finding the time off and money to go to Geneva this summer.

"Here is the final ratio for every city interested in EHBPC 2010.
We have received 93 pre-subsriptions from 30 cities for "olny" 48 slots.
So..
There is enough space for 48 teams.
The names of selected teams need to be know by first may 2010.

1) Each of the thirty cities that pre-registered gets one team
2) Each city that requested 3 or more spots gets 2 spots.
3) Each city that registered 5 or more spots gets 3 spots.
4) The biggest polo community (and organizers of EHBPC 2009) gets 4 spots.

It's a real shame we can't both go , manchester got 2 and i doubt their polo community is larger than ours. But we got 3 teams in last year so its all swings and roundabouts. It'll be lonely just 3 people going maybe have all our crew go out there ?

Ok just looked at flights... not great at 120 per person. Dont forget we can stuff 2 bikes in one box. need to check other airlines as well..
