My first road bike was a 1978 Batavus Professional Reynolds 531 team bike in "mother of pearl gold" colour.
Batavus team bikes were Dura Ace equipped in those days. -

DC,
This one was too when I got my hands on it. You can still see the Dura-Ace headset in the pictures. The Columbus SP one I have, came with DA too. I will speccing it with 1st gen Super Record as it goes nicely with Italian tubing. Of course the Dura-Ace is great stuff too.
I recall seeing such a team bike in pearly gold advertised nearby recently. Quite a pricey piece it was.

Buyer went for another frame I put up today. Professional available again.
Offering late 70s Batavus Professional frame and forks
I have two of these exactly same white 61cm frames. They only differ in that one is made of Columbus SP and the other of Reynolds 531. I plan to build the Columbus one with early Super Record, what will be really nice. The 531 one I have no plans for and is now available.
Batavus Professional

Condition
You have to live with cosmetic imperfections in the paint and some touch up. If you can't this 1st class frame is great candidate for a new powdercoat ...or wetpaint. Structurally the frame is 100%. View pics to form your own opinion.
