Always fancied compiling a book of run out groove inscriptions! Back in the day, you knew you were onto a winner with a 'Porky Prime Cut'
I found an interview online a few years ago with 'Porky' - was interesting, must try and find it

Porky was a funny little fella, cut a few things at his place off Portland Place BITD... It was a tiny little shit-hole of a mastering studio...

I got almost all of the KPM back catalogue when Guys & St Thomas' hospital radio sold off their library.
I felt so guilty about the price that I went back the next day and gave them an extra £50. Still ploughing my way slowly through the things I bought that day. Only stopped buying as my bag was full.

I have a load of Porky Prime Cuts ... he did all the Bivouac stuff of which I've got a load of test pressings and one with a full etching on one side.

Was looking for a vinyl enthusiast thread before starting my own. Thought this would be a good revival point.
Anyone here collect and catalogue their selection online? I use discogs. Lots of friends use deadformat.

Nice! And topical. I must dig through my vinyl again, it's been too long.

After a 12 year break, I have finally replaced my record player.
I'm currently extremely sad that I sold off my previous (although modest) vinyl collection but I'm also very excited about starting again.
To get things off to the right start, I've tracked down a VG+ / VG condition copy of this:

I should not be allowed anywhere near online record stores when drunk. Spent £60 on vinyl last night like that *snaps fingers
Although £60 in vinyl is nothing really, it is a week before pay day

I'm currently developing a serious Discogs habit....
It's just so easy.
