Description: I've had this frame restored to it's former glory, complete with an original transfers, coins for the lugs on the forks and an original head badge. certain parts of the frame have been painted white with gold outline. will be the correct size for someone of 5ft5" to 5ft8". the frame can be used for single speed - pista as it has long rear drop outs. Virtually all Gios Torino frames are azzuri blue or white, but a vist many years ago to Milano in a shop named 'Detto Pietro' I saw a very nice Gios Torino in Ferrari Red and was inspired to replica it.

no problem. take it easy mate down there... paypal cost a lot. bank transfer involves IBAN number of my English bank account and safe, but involves a small fee on both sides. I have to pay £6 for anything over £100 as opposed to paypal fees.. let you know tomorrow and any other information please ask away as I don't wish to get any info wrong and sending something like this frame all the way to oz. regards ian

I have tried out my mates Olmo tonight which is the same size as this Gios but it's going to be too small. I have a Rossin that is currently in bits for an overhaul which is only a 56 so I thought I would of got away with a 53/52 thinking it wouldn't be so much different in size but it is.
Do you have another Gios (bigger) frame? can be in any condition and I would be interested in having a look. Also would be interested in a Benotto frame anywhere from 55 - 57 I guess. I have a couple of frames already but I'd really like a Gios or Benotto that fits.

Hi Ian, I would be interested in looking at de rosa's depending on age and type. Would look at something a little older, pre internal cabeling era and providing the cost doesn't end with me being presented with divorce papers. ;)
Would still be on the lookout for a Gios or Benotto too.

this is freakin shweet, may i ask how the small stuff was done, like the shifters or bb axle (i need to do stuff to a de rosa frame, espceially dropouts and seatstays)
