2riskyyy: both frames in the backround are gone! The silver Look is in Australia now, the blue track frame was sold to someone in London IIRC!

I remember this ..some time last year, I had just finished building up my supposedly light-weight CF fixed, and dropped by Rob's place to show it off. He looked at it, inspected it, smiling as he always does.. then he said 'come and check my new build out', and showed my this bike built up! I was amazed at how light it was. Rob - what wheels/crank did you build it up with?

Cranks were Campag Strada which i drilled the spider (not really recommended) with FRM alloy cranks bolts and alloy chainring bolts and Royce Ti BB...

Wheels were Royce hubs F&R, 28h, with DT single eyelet rims and DT Revolution spokes...

It could be still a lot lighter, but what's the point of having a bike like that if you can't go to the cinema and leave it outside without worrying if the bike would get stolen? So i gave up :(

Haha yeah fair point. Did you find the Ti BB flexy at all?
