10% of users are in Russia.

Those stats are wildly incorrect. The most accurate ones I have are Google analytics, and they show about 30% more traffic than the one linked to. Probably because Google analytics actually get to measure the traffic, and who knows where the numbers on that site come from.

It looks like some scam traffic ranking site to direct people to 'popular' porn and other such old school internet content. Ranked number 6 is Dinartrade.com that allows you to buy Iraqi Dinars, the better to take advantage of that country's inevitable return to prosperity. Hum.
