I'd say that's a fair price if the place is done up well.
Might know someone interested... Can you PM me pics/link?

You've not got views of Bermondsey though have you?
-

It's plenty more than I earn in a week. I'll give up my dream of ever seeing Bermondsey :*(

That's a totally fair price. This isn't some rusted old frame, it's fucking SE1, one bed one living room. That means msot tennants will be sharing the place over at least two, possibly three people if they wack a mattress in the front room. And if one of thsoe cunts is australian then they're probably looking at about 20 more. In the kitchen cupboards alone.

It's a fair price. I used to rent in Shad Thames. I moved quite quickly but some people....
btw - asm - I'm also in Se22. Say hi if you see a guy on a purple no name frame.

I pay more than that for a tiny one bed in islington. It's a fair price.

It's not a fair price really though, is it. Fundamentally, all housing-related prices should be cut in half. It's scandalous, and anti-social.

Should that be the responsibility of the OP? He's just trying to flog a flat at a market fair price, not renovate the entire housing industry.
-
• #16
I'm not trying to put the onus on the OP. Then again, societal change is driven by individuals :/
-
• #17
The OP should bloody well be more ambitious.

I think most of you don't realize how much one bedrooms cost in our fine city (at least central and adjacent to central). It's a tough life if you don't want flat mates.
Price seems reasonable to me if it's done up nicely.
