I have a 55cm Pake frame for grabs, its not lugged and has a threadless headset etc so probably not what you're after, but nice crown forks and certainly more 'old school looking than many modern frames...
...I did 'lug' it back from america though!sorry!

Hi Charlie...
I know you said specifically in your post that you were after a lugged steel track frame in 54cm, but perhaps you would consider this all-terrain skateboard instead.

hmm the all terrain skate seems nice but i debating with myself wether it would get me from a to b quick enough. the klaas seems all nice and stuff but only looking for frame and fork.. hmm probably should have specified that..

Buy bike for £500, sell other bits for some number of pounds.

Have done that before. You always end up with a load of unwanted parts.. but hmm maybe.

I would suggest you address the issue of parts which are surplus to requirements by offering them for sale on the open market in exchange for cash. This has the benefit of reducing the number of excess parts you have, and increasing your stocks of currency. In this instance, I would suggest Great British Pounds.

Or perhaps Scottish Pounds which are also legal tender in this country

Hi I have got a Harry Quinn track frame which is approx 55cm, I will check when I get home, it is Reynolds 531 and has got lugs, it has been powder coated yellow. I'm at work at the moment but I will post a picture when I get home. I have also got an old Carlton track frame which is a similar size

Hi I can't pm you as I have only joined today :-( and it won't allow me to post any pictures so I've uploaded them to http://www.flickr.com/photos/22292450@N07/sets/72157622862233814/the seat tube measures 21.5", in old money or 54.5cm, from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube, the top tube measures 21.5" from centre to centre. It has long pointed lugs, an allen key seat post, shoot in seat stays and the front forks are drilled for brakes. I have also got a Campag seat pin and a yellow turbo saddle for it. Send me a pm and we can talk about price or a message on flickr
