thanks guys, had seen the ebay auction. looking for bars with no rise however ...(just realised those Philips replicas have a little rise) i done gone snapped off the rightside of my bars, i'll post photos tomorrow, maybe someone may be able to help.

Got some, but the chrome's shagged. With all yer rod brake bit's and pieces too. Yours for postage from sunny cornwall.

There is a Raleigh Superbe frame chained up to a low railing in Vallance Rd E2, which has been systematically stripped bare by the local pikeys over the last few months. It might still have bars on it.
The original owner clearly gave up all hope back in August.Never mind, I passed it this morning and the forks and bars are gone too. Now all that is left is the frame, cranks and chaincase.
Long shot but looking for one of these:
