For Sale: 27x1 1/4 Whitewall Tyres - Rare!

Possibly rarer than hens teeth, I have got two pairs of these in White-wall, Yes, WHITE, not gum/rubber. Brand New, imported, and bought a couple of extra sets as I thought I might as well make as much out of the postage charges! Looking at £30/Pair to cover my own costs, no profit to be seen here!

Just bend your frame a bit, they will fit just fine! Did i mention they say on the tags 'these tyres were designed to fit Skully's bike'?

I need 1", but a special small type of 1" not just any old 1". That's how rare my tyres need to be.

Oh thanks. Like I said, 27" x 1", old stock paselas not new stock. It's a joke. Time I built some 700s for this particular bike I think. I used 27s as the front fork seemed right for them, then only after going through all the hassle, realised that the rear was really tight.

I have what I need. The last ones in the world. Evar. When they're gone, I will be rebuilding the hubs onto some 700s.

OK, would rather not post, as it wil lbe expensive due to the size, unless you want me to fold them up and chance knackered the beads (don't want to do this really) I myself am in Brighton, and have friends popping up and down occasionally, Will let you know if anyone is going your way!

when i had some tyres sent to me they were posted in a large shipping bag made out heavy duty plastic, the type used for carrying building rubble or garden waste. postage will be inexpensive.

Yep, spacycles send tyres like this^. SJS tend to coil them up OK, I've had no bother with those tyres.

Ok, well if you really want them posted i will try source a bag, but postage would be on top.

Where from? They're running out you know... and the 1 & 1/8". I was talking to Mick Madgett about it, he says the distributor won't bring them in any more...
