This twat in an M3 convertible buzzed us at 40mph+ this morning in Richmond fucking Park (yes the place with the baby deer and 20 mph speed limit) and we collectively wished all manner of shit to befall him.

60 seconds later we come across two cars pulled over to the side of the road and the same M3 on it's roof by a tree with it's driver bleeding from his nose. He'd tried to overtake them both of them and clipped one and rolled/flipped.

Incredibly he was the only person hurt by his unbelievably stupid and arrogant behaviour, and he manged to do it just as an ambulance was driving through the park too.

Holy shit! Hope his car wasn't insured, he deserves it.

It is so fucked up, considering how many cyclists use the park and perhaps it was due to the bad weather it was relatively quiet (apart from the hardcore), but I dread think what *could *have happened.

well, i can't see any reason the police shouldn't be prosecuting him for dangerous driving - driving at double the speed limit in bad weather, and hit another vehicle and rolled his car. any of those things could have had fatal consequences for someone ( or at least a passing bambi).

I cannot wish that upon anyone, despite all of this. It could have been a lot worse. But thankfully no one apart from the driver was injured. He paid heavily for his stupidity.
