drop - yep,
colour - steel with an alloy middle for stem attachment.

On a serious not i have no idea, never measured them. They were a random purchase off ebay ages ago. I can measure over the weekend and post the results up if anyone needs to know?

To be honest I'm not that interested. I just thought it might help move things along if you put up the width.
