Tektro RL721 has 31.8mm clamp
Cheers VeloLibre but i don't think it will stay put as the only constant 31.8mm part of the bars is the bit that goes through the stem. Really should have thought about this, i can see me ending up buying a new stem to fit "normal" size bars lol...

i'm sure you could use the Tektro RL721 with a shim or Tektro RL726 (26mm) pushed up as far as possible, or a goldfinger (25.4) pushed up. i think most drop bars have a grip area diameter of 23.8mm

Salsa Halter Tops (http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Salsa_Halter_Top_Brake_Levers/5360042531/) fit on drop bars (31.8 mm or use shim provided for 26mm). They are rather expensive and do come with lots of warnings about not only using as secondary in-line levers, though. I have a spare right hand one at at the moment.
Ok so i have oversize drops on my fuji, i currently have a cheapo BMX lever for my brake. I'm having a slight issue in that it's mounted as close to the stem as possible which is still about an inch away due to the taper as the centre of the bars increase in diameter to 31.8mm but does not really leave enough room for my hand to sit comfortably between the stem and bend of the drop.
Ideas/suggestions for a tiny brake lever or can i mod the BMX one in some way?
