For Sale: Eddy merckx track frame 62 cm c - t

I've got a 62cm c - t Eddy Merckx track frame with a 57cm c - c top tube that I'm looking to sell. Undrilled, super tight clearances front and back and handles amazingly. Nice lugs and flat crown fork.

Been powdercoated as it was a team bike for a Belgian bike company so doesn't have a tubing sticker, but almost certainly either Columbus SL or SLX. The powdecoat is tough and I like having an anonymous bike. If you wanted to you could get it restored with a nice paint job and it would look amazing. I've got some white Eddy Merckx vinyl decals which I'll include with the frame so that you can get it looking more original without spending any money.

Never been crashed and is in really good nick. Comes with a DA headset worth £65. I'm looking for £350 for frame and headset, of which £20 will go to Velocio for running the forum. I'm in Brixton and would like the buyer to collect ideally or could maybe meet in central. Afraid I don't have time to box and post it.

Either way, i think £350 including the headset is a fair price.

Indeed I was but a few people told me I'd underpriced it, so here it is for a bit more, but some of it goes to the forum. Blame economics!

Someone's coming to look at it tonight, but if he's not interested then I'll put some more pics up when I take them. Any requests? I'll definitely get the EM seatstay caps and the Eddy Merckx rear brake bridge because they're lovely!

Thanks for all the interest - the frame is now on hold. If the sale doesn't go ahead then I'll let people know in the order they expressed an interest.

Frame is sold
