The Forty Ride - yup, Forty 14 Nov 09

many of you will know that i am soon to be turning Forty, and i am not talking about a ridiculously spinny polo gear, i mean actual Forty. like a couple of score on this planet.

anyway, a few days after. on 14 november, saturday. there will be some celebratory turning of the pedals.

start point Trafalgar Square at 10:30. heading west to Richmond Park where a couple of laps will be lapped up. As will a lunchtime G in the Roebuck. then out of there in good time to take a normal night in.

i will ride no more than Forty miles that day. i would like it if some of you can join me.
