Motherfucking house warming

For the past couple of years me and some friends have being trying to set up a Housing Cooperative. We are our own landlords and all decisions we make are fully mutual. It is not for profit because we believe everyone should have the right to housing; why pay of someone else's mortgage just because they're richer than you?

After much hard work - no thanks to parasitic estate agents - we have finally moved into our new home.
Y'all are welcome to our house warming this sat, there will be bands, music, food and drink (though byob just in case). Indoor bike parking!!!

We've yet to come up with a (good) name however so any suggestions...

when i heard about this i always thought 'the 968' (in reference to your door number, if i remember correctly) was catchy, but maybe because that reminds me of 924 gilman, i dunno.
