Either would work, 120 mm or 130 mm. Squeeze or stretch.

80s racers are usually 126mm I thought
Even my 80s MTB is 126mm
Could just squeeze the stays apart slightly if you can't be bothered swapping the hub

i run 130 hub in 126 drop outs. it might effect your chainline with track crankset (i run road-double crankset on outer ring and get perfect chainline)

nobody has mentioned it but that looks a stunning bike i can't believe quite how white the white is
very niceyou'll be able to squeeze or expand the rear stays to take the hub steel is quite good like that

After I bought my new road bike my old one didn´t get much use. So I decided a few weeks ago to convert my old bike, also a 1984 Raleigh Panasonic Aerospace, to a fixed gear bike to use as a commuter. I´m still in the process of stripping and cleaning the bike but I will add pics when I start building it up.
When popping into my local bike shop i was told that the rear drop-out would be 130mm
(i didn't think to question this as they are normally reliable). When receiving my new 130mm
surly hub it was too big. I guess the moral of the story is to always measure things for yourself...
Just to make sure with you cats that a 120mm hub would be the correct size for the rear drop-outs?
Hope you like the pics, let me know what you think?
