Why don't you start slowly with a nice dinner and a bunch of roses?
-

Picking roses is seriously against the ethos of harmony in todays green society

Seriously, how can anyone say a bad word about Oliver?

Always gets the drinks in. Always friendly. Always seems to have a remarkably in depth knowledge of what you are talking about.

An original; a leader of men, intelligent and puts a charming twist to didacticism, you learn without realising, epic quality. Mental note: discuss Hegel and Wagner, and finally Kierkegaard, in that order. Oliver what about a philosophy ride???

^ one of the nicest post i've read in ages.

he is fallible.
at the track day he chatted to somebody while holding the handrail and ignored rob and jason while they were telling everyone how the race was going to progress (the complicated one with sprints every few laps) and left the rail late as everyone moved off because he was still chatting.
i am sure he's a wonderful chap and everything but just like to even up all the sycophants and hopefully dispel the myth that he walks on water. -

That would have been good if only Sigmund had been a Philospher, instead of being known as The Father of Psychology.
Had to be quoted though, as it was unintentionally funny. More of an "at", than "with" moment. Sorry. ;)

I'm not on holiday. Merely making the world a safe place for Schicks. There are no Schicks on Bermuda, strange though that may seem.
Quite how we can descend to a eulogy thread about a pony-tailed-lentil-eating-tights-without-a-modesty-pad-wearing pedant is beyond me.
Just because Schick is on a one man mission to save the planet, amuse and educate us should not mask the reality.
