cool, guess its a hercules then.
seen it tied up to a wall in an outdoor football court in the middle of nowhere, seems a real shame to just be left there, ive been visitng it on the regs, and left a note asking what the deal with it is! -

If you want to take the frame legitimately, I believe you need to contact the council about its presence. And they will notify you when they remove it and you can claim your free bike.
I think they leave one of their laminated notes on it for a while and if the owner does not come forward, you can have it.
