Did Guy say something along the lines of this being more suitable in terms of geometry to being a TT bike rather than a track bike?

It's quite compact to be honest,I thought it would be bigger given the measurements shown.

yes the drop seat to head tube is massive so not really a sprinting bike but more of a pursuiters bike.
its a variation of their TT bike with narrower rear drops and no gear hanger.
