THOSE Simplex levers are worth £12-40 IMO (ebay prices).
Going from rusty chrome and pitted alloy up to NOS-looking rare version.

If the internal spring is broken, as has happened on one set I've seen they are not worth as much, as the spring is the thing. They will still work though, so be careful.

harry, it's printed - well kind of, the letters have a rough surface where the rest of the post is smooth. will take some better pics tonight.

just added some to the album, sorry completely forgot...

crap lighting but you get the idea - scratched at the bottom, a couple of scratches up either side, but looks nice and feels very solid. If God wanted a Pinarello seatpost, that was a bit scratched at the bottom, from a mid-90s Rourke lo pro, he buy this one*.

*if he couldn't find any others in better condition/cheaper.
