£400
I'm leaving England soon so, sadly, have to sell my pretty Gary Fisher Rig 29er. It's a single speed aluminium mtb.The frame is a 17.5"(medium) sizing and is made with platinium series tubing, which was their top of the line. You can't buy these in the UK any longer so this is a great time to get yourself a great bike for the trails or just to get you to your local drinks.
The bike is in excellent condition, I keep it clean and service it regularly. I have recently replaced the bottom bracket, the headset, serviced the brakes (bled the brakes+ rebuilt the rear caliper and replaced the pads) and replaced the rear hub. Also the chain has been on for all of about 5 hours of riding and is a kmc gold.
the chain tension is adjusted using the eccentric bottom bracket
the specs include:
*29" Bontrager Mustang wheelset
*Hope mini mono brakes with pretty gold bits and new pads
*Rockshox Reba fork
*3 pairs of tyres: a new pair of 29x2.2 bontrager jones tyres (pictured, never used)
a pair of 700x32c Schwalbe marathons +tubes for commuting
a pair of 29x1.8 bontrager tyres(the ones in the picture)
*a few different sprockets for different trail conditions: a 32 chainring on the front and 16, 17 and 14 for the back
*a pair of crud catcher mudguards for the winter
I HAVE to sell it soon as I can't take all of the bikes I have accumulated back to NZ with me
feel free to p.m. me if you want to come and see it or with any questions
