It was a year ago today that I joined this here forum.
In that year I have built 2 fixed gear bikes, raced at Herne Hill, accidentally bought an old road bike, complained about many hills, gone to every compass drinks more than once, and a couple several times. I've been on many rides, some of them joyful, some of them solemn, some easy, some hard. I have won races and come last, I have lost inches off my waistline, and gained muscles in places I never knew I had.But most of all I have had a blast, and met some of the most awesome people I would never have met otherwise, all of whom I am proud to call my friends.
Thank you LFGSS and long may it continue.
We love you too Neil!

well done.
i assume your bike knowledge has improved? i was in bike shop today trying to buy two tubes, punc repair and mini pump. some guy with fuckall knowledge (i guess can't blame him?) was trying to convert to singlespeed and the bike shop guy just ignored me. but he did manage to convince the guy he needed a new back wheel.
30 second fucking job had to wait 15 mins.
but yeah, good show.
