Did you buy it via Paypal? Put in a claim, they'll put pressure on him

The important thing isn't to complain that it hasn't been sent but to ask on what day it will be sent. If the seller can't give a definite day or date then I think it would be reasonable to ask for a refund. If they give a day and can't provide proof of posting for that day then again, time to ask for a refund. No refund, complain to paypal etc.

That's lame, especially as you can order and print postage online now so don't even need to visit a post office. I'd say a week was okay but a month is taking the piss.

hehe, it's a pain for me too, i tend to courier lots of things because it just involves me ordering a courier to come to me, getting to the PO in my lunch break and queuing for an hour however not so good (am not in london)

Actually, it's not. There's one about 200m away from me in Broadgate Circle.
The queues are usually massive so I rarely post stuff.

A month's just rude... if you've paid promptly, the seller should do you the courtesy of shipping promptly. If he can't deliver, he shouldn't be putting something up fpr sale in the first place.

It's not hard to put something in a mailer and get to a post office. If someone is working inconvenient hours it's not difficult to ask a friend or relative to post something for you.
senditquick.com will arrange a courier to pick up from a work address if it helps.

Courier? They cost more than the item is worth. A month is taking the piss but if he's kept you informed and it's a private sale.. not much you can do but wait.
Maybe you could just pick it up?Oh, you're a forrun.. -

You need to put in a claim with Paypal quick to prompt him, you can only claim within 45 days of payment or they won't help you

a month is taking the piss, I reckon if you can't send in the next few days then don't offer for sale until you can. I struggled to work on Monday with 16 different packages to send cos I'm hardcore

i don't want to give out his forum name yet as i'm waiting for reply on a mail sent yesterday.

i'm sorry if i should have posted this somewhere else!
