  • Thanks to a certain scouser finally releasing the deathgrip on his old Watanabe, I now have my old Pista frameset to flog. 49cm, so ideal for a girlfriend build or a shortarse like me. I'm not gonna use the crank/BB/stem/post/saddle etc again so ideally someone will buy the lot.

My missus has already got the hump about another frame lying about the house and I only stripped it last night, so I'm likely to take a quick cheeky bid!

Oh, and there's a small dent on the top tube - cosmetic only - see the pic below.

    Cheers
    J

  • I'll give you £70

  • Im interested.

    have PM you

    thanks

  • I haz also sent PM

  • £75 on the cheeky bid

  • Well in Jimmy lad

  • When you say short arse, how small? I'm like 5,8..
frame too small i guess? what do you reckon.?

  • WAY too small

  • bummer, thought so

  • If only it was a lil bigger =(

  • Yeah sorry FWP - way too small for you.
Looks like Tom has it now - cheers all.

  • Frame still for sale?

  • split the cranks? :>

  • is it sold?
    I PM you, still keen

  • no action of this for 3 weeks has it gone

  • Yes.

  • I've got a complete 51cm bianchi pista for sale if anyone's interested, ridden about 50miles in total (it's been kept in a shop as a display model). Fitted with 105 front brake and crosstop brake lever (plus slightly nicer tyres than OTP). Am selling it as I want something more beater...

  • How much you want for it rrroy?

  • Rather a lot really. I'll sell it for £550. It's a stock 2009, plus: Shimano 105 front brake, Cane creek Crosstop brake lever, Conti Ultra Sport tyres (surprisingly alright), road pedals (VP-398T), gold KMC chain, Specialized BG saddle. Basically mint plus a few extras.

Shame to see it go, but I need the cash and spent way more than I could afford. I can either sleep underneath it on the street, or pay my landlord. Tough decision.

  • Here's a pic but I'm guessing you already know what it looks like. Although it won't have the SLR saddle

  • £550!??!

Bob & No spring to mind

  • I'll give you £200

  • £250
    ;)

  • Alrighty hows about £300 cheeky pounds?

  • Considering they're £400* brand new, £250 should seal it

*don't start givin me the old pony that they're £550 cos pre 2009 model they're £400 and the 2009 actually has lesser components
