Nice ride, only ever did part of it, think the total length is about 340 km.
Gouda (market square is alright for lunch) and Antwerp are worth a stop.
Take it you got your overnigh accommodation sorted out already? -

We're probably going to stop in Antwerp first night as it's about 110km from Brussels along the LF2, probably going to do Rosenthaal second night but unsure of distances, will need to plot it out.
What section have you done? Is it possible to go from Antwerpen to Gouda in one swoop? Could it be made further?
We've got all day friday, saturday, sunday and monday, and would like to be getting messed up by Sunday afternoon ;)

Also, how did you find the markings? Usable? The GPX maps from the route are 404-error bollocks. :/

Did Amsterdam to Antwerp on that route (over 2 days). Very nice and fairly flat as expected. Easy to chomp up the km's as the cyclepaths are good and fairly quiet. Markings are easy didn't really get lost. Antwerp to Gouda is a stroll. Not hard work at all. Quite easy to alter your route as well if you want to change other places. There are books on the LF2 at www.anwb.nl but I believe they're all in Dutch.

Thinking Brussels -> Antwerp 1st day
Antwerp -> Gouda 2nd day (unless you reckon we can boot further)
Gouda -> AMS 3rd day (easy?)
then the 4th day of getting SLAMMERED! -

Thinking Brussels -> Antwerp 1st day (drink lots of fine belgian ale)
Antwerp -> Gouda 2nd day (unless you reckon we can boot further) (food trail)
Gouda -> AMS 3rd day (easy?) very easy
then the 4th day of getting SLAMMERED!(sounds like a good plan)In total it's about 340 km right? Spread over 3 or 4 days is easy goings.
A few months ago a cycled Hook of Holland to Enschede on the German border in one go (13 hours including stops) it was 220+ km, I never cycled this far in my life and I was a bit sore but ok. So disctance isn't an issue at all. Not even drinking as you'll only be doing give and take 5 hours of cycling each day. -
