Trade: 700c forks black swap for shorter steerer forks

These forks are 700c, steerer is 165mm + 35mm thread, black powdercoat and drilled. I need a pair of forks that are 700c will fit my 100mm tiny headtube.

Sorry for the bad picture (its late and i've had a drink or two!) I can send more pictures or you can come and see them just off the hipster highway.
Alternatively can swap for 1hr of laser cutting.

That would be great. I'm trying to put the bike together out of bits I have lying around or begged from other people.
I don't really want to spend much money on it as I'm going to be falling off a lot to start with and don't want anything precious.
