I think you might be better off buying a track frame.

bullshit - utter bullshit - track frames were designed to be rode on the track they have steep angles. road frames were made to go on the road! if i had a choice i would go track ends on road frame every time - so much more comfortable than a 76 degree headtube -.-

Typically lower BB height on road frames might make them easier to handle but you aren't going to be cornering as hard. Depends on what you're doing.

true, but seeing as im a pussy when it comes to cornering a road frame is the best for me . . . but if your going to be doing really tight cornering and dont mind too much about being comfortable a track frame might suit you better but remember it will cost you about 70 % more to have those traits. . .
wondering how much it is to change drop outs to track ones..?
oo and also where i could get it done?
cheers
